If fuel-core releases a patch update, it breaks our master branch CI. This happens because our CI check is designed to verify that the contents of version.rs match the fuel-core version specified in Cargo.toml. However, instead of reading Cargo.toml directly, the CI uses cargo metadata, which automatically pulls in the latest patch version of fuel-core. As a result, the version mismatch causes the CI check to fail.
