Could the README identify which apps run in 48K/64K? (Maybe they all require 128KB? I tried a bunch and got the error about no extended memory)

Broke into platform-specific sections (as well as a "cross-platform"
one, for when an app has been implemented on multiple systems).

Note - Some FIXMEs in here for things I couldn't easily figure out
(e.g., what is "restore-image"?!), as well as a request to list
the RAM requirements for apps
(see #8)

In the meantime, I majorly overhauled https://github.com/FujiNetWIFI/fujinet-apps/ and made a note that it'd be nice to know RAM requirements.

@billkendrick NOTE: The above errors happened stock Atari 800 machine, with 48K, and no cartridge installed when trying to load, say, ISS via the boot image on public FujiNet server.

Thinking about this more.. It could also be an issue with the public boot disks, not being properly prepared to support an 800, maybe? Guessing there. I haven't built a disk image from scratch so I just used the ISS demo on the public server.
