Describe the bug
Being an average user, I would normally expect to be able to paste what I copied. This does not work in the above zoom mode, and no info leaves me confused...

Application: Brain Simulator

Module/Network: N/A

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Create an empty network large enough (over 2000x2000).
  2. Select a small selection and make them 'live' (random synapses and one self-referencing neuron firing constantly).
  3. Select that part, and choose Copy.
  4. Zoom out until the selected part is only visible in a sea of grey.
  5. Move the mouse somewhere on the grey and press Ctrl-V. Nothing happens.
  6. Left-click the same area, then press Ctrl-V again. Still nothing.
  7. Right-Click the area, and if you are lucky you get a Selection popup menu, but no possibility to paste...
  8. You can foil this scheme by left-clicking the target cell first (blue ring), then select area and ctrl-C. then Ctrl-V.

But of course copying areas on such a large area is tricky nevertheless
