The scroll sensitivity is very high and scrollbars don't display correctly.

Description

When scrolling on macOS, it scrolls very fast, even though I am scrolling normally. The scrollbars also don't display correctly.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Scroll anywhere in the app, the scroll goes very fast.

Expected behavior

The scroll should be normal, as with other apps, at least 3-4 times slower I think. The scrollbar should also display the correct scroll amount and work when I drag of them.

Built latest from source, and the scrollbar issue seems to be gone now.
