Nightly tests of GEOSgcm show that MAPL
developdoesn't run at NAS under MPT (see GEOS-ESM/MAPL#2515). This fixes that issue.Tests show that it doesn't affect MAPL 2.43 and below as well and it runs from C24 to C720.
