This is the v11 equivalent to #1001. Like that one the SRF_TYPE showed snow/ice over the ocean:
and now we show ocean over the ocean:
As in #1001 , the
SRF_TYPEis extended to be 2 ==> snow and 3 ==> ice.This is non-zero-diff.
