Updates to documentation tables for KX values (main branch)

This is a duplicate of #167 but to the main branch rather than to the release/cvs/GEOSadas-5_27_1_p2 branch.

#167 is too far away from main for git to handle cleanly.

Thanks for taking care of that.
I've learned a bit more about using git and mepo to handle the code in my workspace without wrecking my stuff - so the next time I have a similar request I'll be able to switch to main or a develop branch and hang my branch (and my pull request) off of that and then use 'mepo restore-state' to get my working configuration back.
