Someone on the gocart side decided to produce variables with an ungridded dimension size of one it seems. Rather silly (why bother adding an ungridded dimension if its going to be 1...), but it is what it is and someone has produced a bunch of very large files like this via History and wants to time average them. Apparently time_ave_util.x has a problem when the lev size is 1. It a trivial fix. Just making an issue so I can reference it.
