Users have asked for the possibility to re-use the exact extent of a selection, i.e. to include bbox information in clear text and add the possibility to select by bbox, or to update the selection page URL based on the selection enabling bookmarking, etc.

This might e.g. be relevant for repeated quality analyses and map generation of the same extent after mapping events

* Allow bookmarking and sharing of map selections by storing the map center point in URL params
* Initialise map with center point given in URL params
* Fix #250 : Reset coordinates correctly when the map is dragged s.t. the world has been "rounded"
