- formatting of base class was auto
- added utility functions to extract data from json
- updated methods for platform interface to use more modern cpp
- removed power measurements from Zary and used them to seed pseudo measurements

…ssues with the regulators and power measurements don't appear to make a huge difference in estimates
… measurments which appears to be the best fix we will have for now.
