  • Removes 'hero' background and replaces with USWDS background with sufficient contrast
  • Retains image in repo (for now)

@brentryanjohnson it's safe to delete the image, since the hero is the only place it's used. We can always revive it from the commit history if needed. Want to go ahead and do that?
