[GeneMark-ES.stderr] uninitialized value $name in concatenation (.) or string at gmes_petap.pl

Hi,

I am running braker.pl using only --sequence and --prot_seq.
I got issues in GeneMark-ES.stderr:
"Use of uninitialized value $name in open at /home/yiming/software/braker3-related/gmes_linux_64_4/gmes_petap.pl line 1946.
Use of uninitialized value $name in concatenation (.) or string at /home/yiming/software/braker3-related/gmes_linux_64_4/gmes_petap.pl line 1946."
I have tried using different versions of GeneMark, I also tried the latest release of GeneMark-ETP-etp-v1.02-preprint. However the issue remained there.
Would you please help with this?
