Old type:
primitive fix : (a : sort 0) -> (a -> a) -> a;

New type:
primitive fix : (a : sort 1) -> (a -> a) -> a;

Fixes #1318.

Old type:
  primitive fix : (a : sort 0) -> (a -> a) -> a;

New type:
  primitive fix : (a : sort 1) -> (a -> a) -> a;
