This kind of alert should be raised when DS is changed, but datapackage is not changed in accordance with DS changes. So, in this case, current datapackage is outdated.

Information regarding new (and possibly actual) resources should be provided.
Implement this feature as a separate functionality (validate-ddf input parameter/flag)
