Classification enchancments

• Any classification can be disabled or enabled in the editor and quick info: resolve Enable|Disable classifications in quick info #54, resolve Enable|Disable classifications in editor #59
• Editor classification can be fully disabled or enabled as the quick info classification: resolve Enable|Disable editor classification #60
• Combine classification and preset pages to one
• Remove redundant object allocations in classifiers
