Ability to close issues that I can't actually close?

I was creating some screenshots and it looked like I was able to close issues from my test account in other repos. Need to confirm if this is a bug or not.

Yup, this is a bug. Button shouldn't be shown at all.

Found it. Fixed it in a cab, gonna push when I get on the plane.
