Validate the built artifacts on all OSes Libgit2sharp runs

There is a need to validate the built artifacts on the environments Libgit2sharp runs as there are a couple of issues related to Gitversion not working properly on some environments; probably using Docker Images in AzurePipelines.

#1597 Would be great if we can also validate all the artifacts we produce, including TFS and Ruby gem
