[5.0.0] Dynamic repositories not working

The firs time, it works great, but after a while I keep getting errors. A workaround for now is to always clear the temp directory first, see GeertvanHorrik/RepositoryTemplate@c24a5b6 for an example.

I will try to find the cause and create a PR with a fix. Note that I updated from 3.2 => 5.0, so stuff might have been broken (already had to do this workaround for 4.x).

See #1767, it should add back the unit tests for dynamic repositories.

Think I found the issue, "head has moved" again. Will just ignore this when using repositories, it's allowed in that case.
