GitVersion_NuGetVersion not set in v3.6.2

Release 3.6.2 introduced a bug - environment variable GitVersion_NuGetVersion seems not to be set.

The saved cache file contains correct value for NuGetVersion however the build fails later on with error '$(GitVersion_NuGetVersion)' is not a valid version string. suggesting the variable doesn't exist and the text of the expression is being used..

No changes to the build configuration were made - the only difference is a GitVersion upgrade from 3.6.1 to 3.6.2

Seems the problem was caused by using $(GitVersion_NuGetVersion) variable reference in VSTS steps. I've changed it to $(GitVersion.NuGetVersion) - notice dot instead of underscore.

@jkonecki ah, that problem. I "think" we have that documented somewhere on the site, however, if you feel this needs to be be somewhere more obvious, please feel free to raise a PR against the documentatin.
