This brings across my acceptance tests from GitHubFlow, basically they are high level integration tests which actually run the console version against a temporary Git directory. Then fix #100 and make sure it has the expected changes. |

Also fixed #93 (it didn't have many unit tests, and those are probably better rewritten) |
