Continuation of #2200
Description
This PR adds IGitVersionTool interface that uses internally the GitVersionInformationGenerator, AssemblyInfoFileUpdater and WixVersionFileUpdater.
IGitVersionTool is then used by Exe and Task. This way the common code from Exe and Task is moved in Core
