Description

Simplify declaration and use of Microsoft .NET analyzers

Motivation and Context

Automatic bump of the analyzers along the lifetime of the project.

Checklist:

  • I have updated the documentation accordingly.
  • I have added tests to cover my changes.
  • All new and existing tests passed.
