Overall, password reset is working. There are two small issues though.

One:

  1. Enabled password reset from oxTrust.
  2. Re-loaded "ou=oxtrust-DA...,ou=configuration,o=gluu"
  3. Enabled SMTP configuration in oxTrust.
  4. https://idp.gluu.org/identity/person/passwordReminder.htm
  5. Filtering website from Federation Trust is throwing error #4 is asking for my email address, email address provided.
  6. Getting "further instruction" in my email with link something like: "https://idp.gluu.org/identity/resetPassword/ew9v0......"
  7. Provided new password.
  8. Done.

But there is small issue I am facing after #4. Though IDP is sending me reset link to my email address but I am getting something like this(**screenshot attached) after completion of #4.

Two:
#6 of previous step, which is sending email; the signature of such email is adding [ Kind regards, "First_Name" + "Identity Server Support" ]. Here is another screenshot:
