I am working on finding out the differential m6A modification in between control and drought samples with 3 repllicates.
I have used genome.fa in alignment and also in eventalign using nanopolish.
then i used eventlaign.txt as input in m6Anet.
the output i got from m6anet "inference" is containing "NaN" in the probability column.
why is that??
did i did a mistake by not using transcript.fasta rather than genome.fasta.
