Mod (Fireteam F ver) is causing permanent Ashlands weather on spawn #31

I spent quite a while uninstalling and reinstalling mods until I isolated this mod as the culprit. This is on the latest version I could find, and cursory google searches only returned similar results with the Mistlands weather pattern instead though I have not been able to recreate that.
