Enlarge extension icon

Description

This PR replaces enlarged png files for extension icon.

• No code changes are done, only image files are replaced with new one.

Testing Instructions

On chrome://extensions panel, the block showing extension will have new icon.
On action/popup button has updated icon, with text containing count of cookies.
