Description

This PR checks off following items

• Separating line between the “Download” icon and the Section “anchors”
• Remove extra line at the end of the section on landing pages
• Fix button's secondary variant styles
• Update Expand/Collapse view with arrow icons
• Fix weird selection behaviour of filters on Dashboard
• Don't allow clicks on BlockedCookies count pie chart if count is zero.
