bump as well, there seems to be no gcr.io/google-appengine/php74 available for use in building custom images for GAE Flex, but also the images which are available and supposedly built from this repo are based on Ubuntu Xenial (16) and are suffering from old keys. If there's an obvious solution I'm missing please correct me.
