Improve GCB docs to include a table of properties

Dockerfile building options need a lot of digging in multiple places, it would be much easier for the users to see all the properties that can be configured in the yaml in one place in the builder docs as well.

Only lists a minimal set of properties while all of the Dockerfile artifact properties should be listed as well.
