Port Forwarding undocumented for Docker #7175

Expected behavior

Documentation should specify what settings are required to forward ports when deploying to Docker.

Actual behavior

Documentation does not include this information, and makes port forwarding for this use case difficult.

Steps to reproduce the behavior

  1. Visit the port forwarding doc page, or the Docker deploy doc page.
