Don't allow blank "Company" field (anti-spam)

Most spam bots leave the Company field empty, so let's just ignore/error any signups that have a blank company field and see what happens

(Coupled with a clear instruction on the frontend form for human users that they need to fill in the company field... without marking it as required).

Prevent qq.com spam

Add a hardcoded blacklist of the @qq.com email domain which has been spamming Bute 😅
