What:
This PR adds recipes for nearly all vanilla items and blocks. Configs are present for user customization. Nearly every vanilla item/block is now automatable with GT machines with this PR. The configs are present to control recipe difficulty.
Outcome:
Vanilla recipe integration is fully fleshed out, with nearly every recipe being GT automatable, and also have a challenging alternate.
