What's changed and what's your intention?

Some context:
Currently the auto conversions of json type of pgsql are performed on servers:

greptimedb/src/servers/src/postgres/types.rs

Line 964 in eab9e3a

ScalarValue::Binary(data.map(|d| jsonb::Value::from(d).to_vec()))

It works for pgsql, but when using PREPARE and EXECUTE through mysql client (both cli and protocol), we cannot identify the json column like pgsql server did to perform the conversion.

This patch moves the conversion to the cast between binary and json column, which works for all clients.
