This repository contains code for statistical analysis of DDR targeted combination treatment response.

Before you begin

Before running your code, please acquire the DDR combination response data from OSF repository: https://osf.io/8hbsx/ The molecular characteriation of all cell lines used in this study can be obtained at: https://osf.io/8mxgj/

prerequites

• Python(>=3.7.6)
• Numpy(>=1.18.1)
• Pandas(>=1.0.1)
• sklearn(>=0.22.1)
• plotly(>=5.3.1)

Demo

• Open jupyter notebook to run demo.ipynb to process and visualize the HTS dataset you obtained from https://osf.io/8hbsx/ and https://osf.io/8mxgj/. A facet of demo data is in the folder data_demo. After downloading the HTS data, put it under the folder data_demo to run the visualization code.
