Package at risk for deprecation and removal from Bioconductor

We have reached out multiple times to Joseph N. Paulson . The package has been failing since December. This is very problematic as the package has multiple reverse dependencies. The package is at risk of being deprecated and removed if not fixed. Please look into the issue as soon as possible
