Too lazy to separate this. cope.
Needs language support but functionally complete.
Makes this basically 100% functional.
Merge changes to my branch
Mostly just for readability. puts everything on one screen each. This should make it PR ready also.
Ace items: Merge into main.
Update for latest Injector changes, localize SuperStimpack Helptext
Also fixes a minor typo.
Instead of it being a bi-directional "destructive" upgrade, since the No-Scope Boss can simply add a scope back, treat these like the others to mimic a proper bi-directional upgrade.

Also modifies some of the menu to make it a bit more legible, along with some other more minor stuff.
Does not currently touch full language lump compatibility yet, though that is a future plan.
