Release notes for 1.1.1:

- 2016 FPL has been added. If you submit an application via the API with "Application Year" = 2016 or via the web tool with 2016 selected as the application year, you will receive results with 2016 FPL values.

- We have made a correction to the logic around dependent children without coverage: Previously, an applicant with a dependent child who did not have coverage and was not also applying would be denied Medicaid/CHIP no matter the person's category. This logic has been corrected--an uncovered and non-applying dependent child will be disqualified for the Adult category, but may still be eligible for Medicaid/CHIP under other categories.
