Makes progress on #919 and #1432

A standard enough edit so hopefully nothing too controversial!

Made the following changes:

  • Added second data to graphs label where it fitted.
  • A few more links.
  • Moved figures before explanation and added a couple of sentences.
  • Split up some lengthier paragraphs.
  • Minor rewordings.
  • Spelling and grammar checking.
  • Fixed featured_quote preventing it from showing (no colon in this YAML-like syntax so have to use :
  • Removed Unedited tag.
