Nope. It’s ready for review and merge.

@paivaspol I've edited the chapter and pushed to this branch, and updated the staging link above.

The main changes were:

• Tidied up figures
• Reworded HTTP/2 push alternatives section, including adding a new call out figure.
• Removed HTTP/3 CDN adoption graph as data is suspect as discussed on chat.

Let me know if you're good to merge.
