Tech Report: Paginate the tables in the categories view

For example the CMS category currently has 250+ technologies, which becomes slow to load and is not something people want to scroll through.

Suggested follow-up: Add pagination to long tables, showing max 10 to 20 results per page.

I was hesitant for a moment what the checkboxes near technologies are for - until I scrolled all the way to the bottom.
Would be nice to make sure Comparison button is visible above the fold even when it's paginated.

And if nothing is selected, instead of comparing all technologies within the category, it compares the 10 technologies shown on the page.

We can maybe even go with the Top 3 (as the user has no preference) in order to load it faster
