JSON linting on PRs has been disabled

In #94 we disabled PR linting of JSON files.

I noticed when reviewing #125 and it didn't complain the fields were out of order.

Not sure if that was intentional @max-ostapenko ? But IMHO we should add this back.

As discussed in #94 (comment) eslint JSON plugin has never complained before, just logged the issues.

Why ignoring - cause we had a duplicate check: lint.yml and test.yml

P.S. I hope I'll be able to fail the check on linting in #110.

Oh I thought the linting workflow failed. Didn’t realise it also silently logged issues without failing.

I’m wondering if we want them all in one big test workflow? Or whether we should do linting and testing in separate workflows so we don’t hold up running tests for minor linting issues?

P.S. I hope I'll be able to fail the check on linting in #110.

I went ahead and re-enabled this in #127 as not sure how long #110 is gonna take and would rather avoid letting more rubbish into the repo in the meantime.
