I am contacting you behalf the third task for the 'Programming 101 Python 2020 Spring' selection. I am really disappointed that the problem was described so badly that I lost a few hours trying to debug my code, which was actually fully working until I realized that you start counting not from 0 as all programmers do but from 1. Also I have never seen before someone declare firstly the number of the columns and then the number of rows in a matrix. Even we accept your strange understanding, your example is still wrong because the rotten apple is on (4,7) and not (7,4) (using your definition of numbering of columns and rows). Please fix as soon as possible.
