Support for weekClassName just like dayClassName #5744

This is a ticket to describe a problem we've been facing at my company while using this package. We already have an internal fork with the changes, I'd like to contribute these back to your repo so others can enjoy the benefits, too. I'm going to open a PR soon that resolves the ticket, see below.

At my company we have the need to highlight entire week rows, including week numbers and everything, just like how you can highlight individual dates.
Describe the solution you'd like
Just like how we have dayClassName (and monthClassName) we could have a weekClassName that applies to the div.react-datepicker__week elements. Same signature: it takes a single argument that is the beginning of the week, and returns a string.
Describe alternatives you've considered
No strong alternative within the current feature set. We can keep maintaining the fork, but it's better to share it with everyone.
