Can't enable the plugin in PhpStorm 7.1.3

Hi there! First of all, thx for this plugin, can't wait to use it !

I try to install it on PhpStorm 7.1.3 but I can't enable the plugin. The "enable plugin" checkbox.
I have install the plugin using "Browes repositories..." in the IDE.

OS : Windows 8.1 64Bit.

I have install a fresh installation of Phpstorm on my laptop and it's work. So I tried to reinstall phpstorm on my main computer and it still doesn't work. I'll try to get more info...

the checkbox is only a dummy (left from prev version). i will remove this at next dev time :)
check #13. addressed mainly on old projects. dont now under which condition ignore list is filled, right now.

Hurm no, It wasn't that (fresh installation). But I make it work it yesterday. I uninstalled/reinstall several times phpstorm. Didn't work until :
Desinstall > reboot > install with administrator rights > run as administrator > install plugin from pspstorm > close > run as administrator.

open issue, to not forget to remove that annoying old form again in next release
