New features & fixes

• 2 games can now start at the same time! When the gas shrinks enough in a game, players are prevented from joining, and a new game is created. Any new players will join the new game. This means the "Game in progress" screen should never show up.
• When 2 players join, the game now starts in 5 seconds instead of instantly. Meaning, if you're the only player on, and someone joins then instantly leaves, the game won't end.
• New gauze sound.
