• Fix RasterPropMonitor display typo (all planets were called "astrog")

• Add loading tips via LoadingTipsPlus

• Use stock tooltips instead of a special MultiOptionDialog
• Make ModuleManager dependency optional
• Use built in serialization for settings
• Debug with simple print instead of full log w/ stack trace
