A-10C II UFC Interface does not Support UFC function buttons "ECCM" & "IDM R/T". #808

Describe the Helios Issue

The UFC function buttons ECCM and IDM R/T are not defined in the A-10C II interface and therefore cannot be bound.

Expected behavior

The ECCM, and IDM R/T function buttons on the UFC for the A-10C II should be bindable. (linked with #777 (sort of))

The problem happened while using

(place an 'x' between the square brackets for all that apply)
