icingadb: don't filter out hosts/services with scheduled downtime #958

Currently, `_get_status()` filters out all Hosts/Services with a scheduled downtime as there is already a filter available to filter this was removed

Currently,
_get_status()for the icingadb backend filters out all Hosts/Services with a scheduled downtime which overwrites the already existing filter options. To be able to also see Hosts/Services with a scheduled downtime this should be removed from the API Call
