This huge change replaces usage of the "inofficial" Confluent Cloud API (the one feeding the Confluent Cloud Web UI) with the official Confluent Cloud REST API, which solely bases on API keys for authentication.
This not only removes the need for specifying an admin user name and password in the configuration, but also allows for a fully automated demo setup script, which leads you from creating your own Confluent Cloud account down to setting up a local Galapagos instance with demo data inside.
This change requires a rather huge change in the Galapagos configuration of each installation. A migration guide is included this change, and must be referenced by the 2.6.0 release notes.
Additionally, an upgrade to Angular 14 and Keycloak 19 was required and is included.
