That's really weird - how do you reproduce it consistently?

Well, the only thing different than usual was that I was listening to music and operating play buttons on my keyboard.

I have integrated the application and unfortunately I am facing the same issue which has been reported. In my case, I have loading the application and when I come again to play game from other page, the issue arises.

Can you let me know if you have found any solution?

It seems it is related to using a high framerate monitor.
Several people using 140Hz have this issue. Switching to 60 or 75 monitors solves it.
